The results show that entrepreneurship education shapes basic student competence, while digital technology plays a main drive that strengthens the identification of business opportunities, product innovation, digital marketing, data-based decision making, and operational efficiency. Digital business stalecing serves as a medium that links entrepreneurship to business practices, making them able to improve student startup performance. The success of model implementation is supported by the availability of digital infrastructure, the use of AI, e-commerce platforms, government policy support, as well as collaboration between universities, industries, investors and business communities. This study contributes theoretically to the development of the Digital Entrepreneurship Ecosystem and offers practical implications for universities in designing adaptive entrepreneurship development systems in the era of digital transformation.
