Abstract

The development of Islamic financial technology (Islamic fintech) provides convenience for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in financing access, digital payment transactions, and financial management. This study aims to analyze the effect of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Digital Security Risk on the loyalty of Islamic fintech usage among MSMEs in East Java. The study employed a quantitative survey approach. The sample was determined using the Lemeshow formula and purposive sampling, involving 100 MSME respondents who had used or were currently using Islamic fintech services. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on usage loyalty (t = 5.192; p = 0.000). Perceived Ease of Use also has a positive and significant effect (t = 3.663; p = 0.000), while Digital Security Risk has a positive and significant effect (t = 6.267; p = 0.000). Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect Islamic fintech usage loyalty, with F = 23.549 and p = 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.424, indicating that 42.4% of the variation in usage loyalty is explained by the three independent variables, while 57.6% is explained by other factors outside the model. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing service usefulness, ease of use, and digital security to maintain user loyalty.
